Onca Off-Road specialises in the manufacturing and development of heavy duty 4×4 accessories. With our passion for off-roading and 4wd vehicles we have managed to build a brand over the last 22 years that is known for quality, durabilityand strength. With in house product design and manufacturing capabilities we are able to design and manufacture vehicles specific products that improves off-road capability and functionality of your vehicle as well as stylish features to enhance the overall appearance of your vehicle.

With the automotive industry constantly evolving we use the latest computer aided design software to design products that are compatible with your vehicles specific requirements, ranging from bull bar air bag crumple zone mounting points, high volume airflow intake vents to SABS tested tow bars.

Products are manufactured at our facility with high quality materials, components and welding processes as well as quality control systems in every phase of product production to ensure quality and durability. Our products are assembled with laser cut and cnc bended assembly parts to ensure products that gives a accurate and constant fit to your vehicle. Our products comes standard in a heavy duty black powder coated texture finish which forms part of our three stage coating process with a military spec anti corrosion primer.

Our main product development focus over the last 22 years is based around the Toyota 4wd range of vehicles and specifically Hilux and Land Cruiser. We have gained a vast amount of technical data and knowledge over the last 2 decades on the Toyota 4wd range of vehicles and there for giving us the ability to design and manufacture products that are not only functional and aesthetically appealing but also a products range that is durable and safe for the consumer to fit to his vehicle. Our bull bars for the current Toyota Hilux and Land Cruiser Pick-up feature our own Patented design air bag Crumple Zone mounting systems. These Bull bars comply with Australian Design Rule Regulations and have also been tested for air bag compatibility in Australia to comply with Australian air bag testing regulations.

Tow Bars for the Hilux and Land Cruiser also comply with the SANS 1505-1:2007 requirements for towing devices and is certified and tested by the South African Bureau of Standards (SABS). We are currently supplying products to almost 40 independent dealers around South Africa and we also have a dedicated dealer network in Namibia, Botswana, Zambia as well as Holland and Australia. We are also currently busy with a product testing program to further expand our product range in Australia. Our products are also used by various mining company’s across Africa.

The Onca Range of Bull Bars, tow bars and spare wheel carriers for the Land Cruiser pick-up are currently also being used by the SANDF and CSIR.
